Adding questions to a Report Type

Under each report type, questions can be keyed in that you want each inspector to answer during an inspection. By clicking the question mark icon, new questions can be added to a report type. The question mark icon also allows existing questions to be edited and deleted.

Questions can be added by entering them one at a time in Auditor, or multiple questions can be created in Microsoft Excel and then imported into Auditor in our specialized format.

Possible question types can be Yes/No, True/False, Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory, Compliant/Non-compliant, hazard class a-b-c, scale of 1 to 10 and text entry.

When editing questions or entering only a few new questions it is easiest to use the online version of Auditor. If you are entering many questions, the option of importing your questions from Microsoft Excel is more efficient.
