Inspections

Under the “Inspections” tab on the left hand margin, all scheduled inspections can be viewed either on a calendar or in a list view. The “view schedule” tab is a calendar view of all inspections by date. The “view all inspections” displays a list which defaults to show the most recent inspection, but can be sorted by date, by site name or by report type by clicking on the column header across the top of the page.

The third option under the “inspections” tab is to schedule a “add a new inspection”. In order to schedule a new inspection the administrator must select the site for inspection, report type required (park inspection, building inspection, workplace safety, etc.), inspector and date.

An option also exists to have a reminder email sent should this inspection get missed or skipped by the field inspector. This feature assists in ensuring that all inspections get completed.
