Report Types

The “Report Types” tab allows you to create, add and edit questions that will arise during an inspection. Report types might be created for park inspections and a separate report may created for workplace safety inspections and a third report type might exist for fall protection inspections, a fourth for parks, and so on. These inspections also need to have a frequency assigned (i.e. monthly, annually, etc.).

To access this area, under the “Report Types” section of the left hand menu click “view all report types”. A list of report types will be displayed. By choosing the various icons on the left of each report types, you can edit users associated with a report, add, edit or delete questions, edit user information, view inspections associated with this report and delete a report type.
